Me, Kelsey, and Jordan standing outside of Tate Modern with the Millennium Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral in the background.

A little boy IN The Princess Diana Memorial Fountain.

I realize you all have probably seen this statue more times from me than you would like, but here's one more in better lighting.

A silhouette of the Prince Albert statue.

I don't know what this is advertising, but I want to go!

The gorgeous flowers across from the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain.

The Serpentine River that runs through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
A bridge over the Serpentine, connecting Kensington Gardens with Hyde Park.

This is what they don't want you "bathing" in (See next picture). Haha.
I found this pretty amusing...they have to put signs up so people won't bathe in the river?!

A sign on the path next to the Serpentine.

A close-up of the detail on the Peter Pan statue.

The Peter Pan statue in Kensington Gardens. You're supposed to get down and look at it from a child's point of view. I sat on the ground looking at it for a while. It really is magical.

I love this. He looked like he was begging like a dog or something.

The birds of Serpentine.
This is what I look like when I'm in my happy place, or something of that nature. Music, my sweatshirt, and some fresh air make Mattie a happy girl.

The plaque underneath the Peter Pan statue.

Peter Pan, I found you! And that's me standing next to him wishing I was Wendy.

A momma duck and her (semi-grown) babies!

A view out over the Serpentine. What a glorious day, right?!

I'm not positive what type of bird this was, but it was really cool to see one in it's natural habitat.

These are just a couple of pictures purely for aesthetic pleasure.

The friend I made in the park. He was literally a couple of inches away from me just digging his little heart out. Note the video at the end of these pictures for a video of Simon (what i affectionately named him) doing what he does.

The "Physical Energy" statue.

This is probably one of my favorite pictures I've ever taken. It's so peaceful and all of the elements in it seemed to fall into place effortlessly.

Kelsey, Jordan, Matlin, the Red Raiders who took over London and a.k.a. "Chelsey, Picture Laaaady, and Melon". This insanity will be explained in the body of this blog.

A London sunset over the Thames River.

I got to watch Romeo and Juliet in Shakespeare's Globe Theater! It was amazing.

I have not the faintest idea what any of that says or means, sorry folks.
Some sand sculptures on the bank of the Thames River.

The original Ritz Hotel!

The inside of the Lost Society. It was a night club we went to for a friend's birthday. This is a random British guy who decided he wanted to be in everyone's picture that night. Check out that picture face.
More of the random British guy who kept wanting his picture taken.
And one more time. Haha. The rowdy Brits we made friends with that night.

My friend Simon S. Squirrel doing what he does; entertaining me.
Hi-
I'm afraid I waited around too long to get to the writing part of this post after I uploaded the pictures. I am off to bed for the night. I have a final tomorrow! I hope you all enjoy the pictures and I will be doing my usual onine journal writing for this post tomorrow after my final. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers, please. I love you all.
Always,
Mattie.
